NEW! Green Tea Acne Treatment Article

Beverly suggested:
"For the lady who has really bad break outs on her face (or who ever has them elsewhere on their body) start taking ZINC and Vitamin E. It will not only stop the out breaks but if you have “flags” on your body it will take them off. Hope I’ve helped."

"Many things can cause sudden break outs. Increased stress can show on your skin. Sometimes your skin reacts to an illness before that illness affects anything else or you become aware of it. Have you changed anything in your diet, or started using a new soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, air freshener, shampoo and/or conditioner, had a new filter installed on your furnace or need to have a new one installed? Where is your skin breaking out worst? If you're having an allergic reaction, the location of greatest irritation can give you a clue -- if it's around your hairline and down your back it may be your shampoo, or if it's mostly around your mouth and throat it could be something you're eating. Best bet, go to a doctor for a check-up and maybe an allergy test. Our bodies are always changing, and sometimes we become allergic to something that never bothered us before. Note: wash gently with a mild soap, like Kiss My Face, and apply fresh lemon juice to your skin with a cotton ball -- just don't get it in your eyes! "
