Massage Oil Recipes
Exotic Massage Oil
2 oz almond oil
16 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
12 drops Geranium essential oil
10 drops Sandalwood essential oil
8 drops Patchouli essential oil
6 drops Clary Sage essential oil
Add essential oils to the bottle of almond oil, shake gently until thoroughly mixed.

Herbal Massage Oil
This is a perfect oil to help relax and induce a state of calm. After a hard
stressful day, try this treatment on the whole body in a warm bath, or dot
it on the temples, the back of the neck and the wrists.
½ cup dried herbs of choice (lavender, chamomile, sage)
½ cup light oil
* For a more uplifting oil, use mint, basil, rosemary, or any citrus.

Lavender Massage Oil
2 ounces carrier oil (sweet almond, olive, or other)
5 -10 drops essential oil of lavender
Simply add drops of essential oil to a carrier oil, shake
well and use as a simple, relaxing massage oil.

Massage Bar Recipe
3 oz. Bees wax
3 oz. Coconut oil
3 oz. Sunflower oil
Essential Oils or Fragrance Oil
Melt coconut oil and bees wax in microwave or double boiler.
Stir well. Add sunflower oil and stir well.
Allow mixture to cool a bit and then add 1 tsp. of essential or
fragrance oil.
Stir some more. Pour into candy or soap molds and allow to harden.

Massage Oil for Baby
4 ounces of oil (olive, almond, apricot, or sunflower)
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops orange essential oil
Pour your ingredients right into the bottle your going to use to
dispense the massage oils. Just give a
good shake to blend the oils and you're all set. If you want a truly
heavenly oil use rose essential oil
in place of lavender and orange.

Pina Colada Massage Oil Recipe
1/4 Cup Castor Oil
1/4 Cup Sweet Almond Oil
1/2 Cup Mineral Oil
1/4 teaspoon Coconut Fragrance Oil
1/4 teaspoon Pineapple Fragrance Oil
Combine all ingredients in a bottle and shake gently until well
blended.
Shake before each use

PMS Relief Massage Oil Blend
The aromatherapy effects of this massage oil helps before and
during your period. You can have the oil rubbed all over your body,
with particular attention paid to the belly. (It can help ease
cramping.)
1/4 cup oil (sweet almond, olive, sunflower, grape seed oil,
etc)
8 drops Geranium essential oil
4 drops Clary Sage essential oil
3 drops YlangYlang essential oil
In a small bottle or jar combine all ingredients and mix very
well before each use.

Sandalwood Massage Oil
8-10 tsp. grapeseed oil
6 drops sandalwood oil
2 drops lavender oil
2 drops rosewood oil
2 drops rose oil
This is a woodsy-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour
into a small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any
massage.

Stress Relief Massage Oil Blend
5 drops Bergamot oil
4 drops Mandarim oil
4 drops Lavender oil
3 drops Lemongrass oil
Combine all essential oils in 4 oz. carrier oil.

Stretch Mark Massage Oil Recipe
1 oz cocoa butter, melted
1/2 oz flaxseed oil
1/4 oz rose hip seed oil
1/4 oz wheat germ oil
10 drops lavender oil
8 drops neroli oil
4 drops vetiver oil
Blend the melted cocoa butter, flaxseed oil rose hip seed oil and
wheat germ oil. Transfer the
mixture to a clean jar. As it begins to cool ad solidify, add the
essential oils. Allow the mixture
to cool to a comfortable temperature before using it. Massage the oil
into your skin once or
twice daily.
