Cleaning the Bathtub Tips

Shannon says:
EASY OFF OVEN CLEANER. Spot test it, first, though, to make sure it won't harm your tub. Spray one small, dry area, and let it sit for 24 hours, then wipe of and rinse well.

I used it on my tub, and it was fine, and let me tell you, when we first moved in, there were years of soap scum that these people didn't do anything about. I sprayed the Easy Off on the DRY tub and left it for 24 hours. Then I went back and used a sponge with the scrubby side to get the rest of the soap scum off. Rinsed away and left a beautiful shine.

Rebecca says:
I use a cheap shampoo on a net bath puff. I use it on the tub as the water is draining out of the tub. Then I rinse the tub and me off. Tub sparkles and it's so easy.

Betty writes:
I am like you I HATE cleaning the bathtub and shower. So I sat my husband down and explained to him in the most sincere way of my feelings and that I simply could not handle doing it any longer. I told him it would likely not be very clean from now on and that I was so sorry. He said he would take over the job. He did and our tub and shower absolutely shine. The only thing he asked me to do was wipe down everything with a small towel when I was done using them....so how hard is that? Solved my problem and it was like a weight off my shoulders.
