Microwave Chocolate Fudge Recipes

Want to make delicious, creamy chocolate fudge? But hate the process of boiling and testing? Try these delicious microwave chocolate fudge recipes, recently requested by a reader. :) Sounds SWEET to me!

Micro Chocolate Fudge

4 c sugar
1 can (13oz) evaporated milk, undiluted
1 c butter or margarine
1 12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts (optional)

Butter 9-inch square or 12x7-inch baking dish, set aside. Combine sugar, milk and butter in 4-quart microproof bowl. Cook (MicroCook) appr. 24 min., stirring once. Use candy thermometer to test for correct temp. Stir in chocolate and marshmallow creme, blend well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into prepared dish. Cool before cutting into squares.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

INGREDIENTS: 3 cups milk chocolate morsels
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine cut into pieces

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass bowl. Microwave chocolate mixture at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 minutes stirring at 1 1/2-minute intervals. Pour into a greased 8-inch square dish. Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. Store in refrigerator. YIELDS: 3 dozen squares
