Dump Cake Recipes (aka I Hate to Bake Cake)

Dump Cake Recipe

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 C chopped nuts
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 C (2 sticks) margarine
1 box yellow cake mix.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9X10X2 inch oblong cake pan. Dump a large can of crushed pineapple, juice and all, and spread around. Add the can of cherry pie filling and spread evenly on top. Dump the yellow cake mix on top of this. Sprinkle on the chopped nuts. Cut the margarine into pats and scatter on top of the cake mix. Bake for about an hour or until the cake pulls slightly away from the sides of the pan.

Dump Cake II Recipe

In this order, dump into cake pan 13x9 ( even out w/ spoon )

Large can cherry pie filling
Large can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 Yellow cake mix
1 C. Melted margarine or butter ( drizzle in a zigzag across cake mix )

Bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes Will have a golden crunchy crust. Serve with whipped topping. Enjoy :)

Dump Cake III

1 20oz can crushed pineapple w/ juice
1 21oz can cherry pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter cut into thin pieces

pre-heat oven to 350
grease pan
dump pineapple, spread evenly, dump pie filling, sprinkle cake mix, sprinkle walnuts
dot w/ butter and bake 50 minutes.
