Freezer Strawberry Jam Recipe

2 cups Crushed Strawberries
4 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Water
1 box Sure Jell Fruit Pectin
Wash, stem & chrush strawberries.
Combine fruit & sugar in a mixing bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine water & Sure Jell in saucepan and bring to boil, using high heat, stirring constantly.
Continue stirring & boiling for 1 minute.
Remove mixture from heat and add fruit.
Stir fruit until sugar is completely dissolved, approximately 3 minutes.
Fill clean, dry containers to within 1/2" of top and immediately place lid on container.
Allow jam to rest at room tempertature for 24 hours before moving to freezer.
